Our Approach

RESEARCH PHASE

Using the general criteria developed, we develop a list of initial prospects from our resource files and from individual contact with people in or associated with the field. We identify potential candidates for formal screening (see below).

SCREENING PHASE

From the list of initial prospects, we identify candidates who are both interested and qualified. These are interviewed in depth, and with their permission, initial reference checks are conducted.

PRESENTATION PHASE

Final candidates are presented for consideration. Presentation materials include current resume, written verification of academic credentials, written results from interview, and comparative evaluations on the selection criteria. Candidates’ work samples are included as appropriate. As the client selects those candidates for inclusion in their internal selection process, we provide active interface between the parties.

NEGOTIATION, OFFER, AND FOLLOW-UP

Our role continues as an active third party facilitator throughout the negotiation process and during the first six months of employment.

COMPLETIONS

If the client fails to come to terms with any of the final candidates submitted, we continue our efforts to complete the search.
