CODE OF ETHICS

1. Our customers are our most valuable resource. Without them we would not be in business.

2. We maintain a strict “Hands-Off Policy” for a period of one year from the most recent placement.

3. We are proactive in our commitment to workforce diversity.

5. We maintain a consultative relationship with all of our client companies to assure the success of our candidate long after a     placement is made.

6. We never recruit a candidate from a company in which we have placed him/her.

7. We never charge a candidate a fee for work done on his/her behalf.

8. All candidate and company information is strictly confidential.

9. We represent only EEO/AA employers.
